How to recruit

One can scan or browse the site for potential recruits and then can proceed to send that empire a private message to ask him or her to join your federation. Posting message in the forum is also allowed, but be very careful about flooding the channel.


High ranking or powerful members

The more powerful an empire, the more he/she can contribute to the federation? Wrong. A powerful empire doesn't mean that member will be active, or obey the rules of the federation (set by the leader). Recruiting a powerful empire can be useless because reinforcement provided might be too high in PR to be used by other empires or the reinforcement provided by your other fed members are not efficient enough for the powerful empire. That is why it's always best to have federation members around the same PR.


Members you want

The best members you can find is those who obey the rules set by the leader and are willing to work together as a team.
