Recruiting Members for your Federation
 
How to recruit
One can scan or browse the site for potential recruits and then can proceed to sending that empire a `private message` to ask him or her to join your federation. Posting message in the forum is also allowed, but be vary about flooding the channel.
 
High ranking or powerful members
The more powerful an empire is, the more he/she can contribue ? Wrong. Powerful empires doesn't mean that member can and will be active, or obeys the rules of the federation (set by the leader). Recruiting a powerful empire can also open up for hostile take over where that empire can elect himself or herself as the leader thus taking over your federation.
 
Members you want
The best members you want to find is those which obeys the rules set by the leader and is willing to work together as a team.
