RE-ACTIVATING MY ACCOUNT
Why my account was de-activated ?
Game admins de-activate accounts if there is an inquiry (suspect someone using your account, cheating or abuse). This is for your security in case there is problems with your account or we suspect someone is using your account.
What do I do now ?
DO NOT create new accounts ! Be patient and...
Abuse
Can be caused by:
- Suspect you have been hacking/flooding/spamming our server
- Harassing, rude, bad behavior to other
1. Please read up our guidelines: Game Guidelines
2. If you are rude or abusive apologize and say you wont do it again, most cases players is given a 2nd chance.
3. If you have several previous bad records, negotiate a penalty

Multiple accounts
Can be caused by:
- Admin suspect someone else using your account (check by IP & Pc)
- Admin suspect you have more than 1 account on the same game speed
- Using fake names

2. If you have more than 1 account, let us know which account to remove
3. If you are playing with your friends & using fake names, contact us to update your real-names
4. If your empire name are similar (stephen1, stephen2, stephen3) contact us to change it

Cheating
1. Don't know what is cheating ? Please read Defination of cheating
2. If you are cheating admit it, promise not to do it again and negotiate a penalty (depending on the severity of the cheat), in most cases players is given a 2nd chance
3. Provide some suggestions to prevent such cheating (loophole, bot/script, etc) in the future by other players.

Blacklisted
This means you are in serious trouble. We only do this if there is a legal problem (ex: credit card fraud) or a long history of you being abusive/cheat. Normally once a player has been blacklisted it is very hard to get unblacklisted.
Contacting us
Help Center
Login to your accounts and goto Help Center > Inbox and reply to the message that says `De-Activation`.
Email to admins
Email to abuse@gamestotal.com with the subject `Sf: DeActivation` . Please include your account details, and as much information as possible. Since we receive thousands of spam it may take sometime to get to your email.
Lodge complain
If you think the game-admins isn't being fair and you have been wrongfully deactivated you can contact Stephen directly at Help Center > Abuse .. Complain against Guide/Admin . Stephen will wipe your record clean if any game-admins made any mistakes. Before lodging a complain ensure that:
1. Get your account is re-activate first
2. Ensure you have a valid reason and prove
