POWER RATING

 
What it is ?
 
Power rating is used to measure how powerful an Empire is. There are two sets of measurements, which are the economical power and the military power. Each planet will consist of 1000-1500 depending on how much infrastructure you have built upon that planet.
 
What is it used for ?
 
This is specially used for ranking purposes, to see who is the top 20 most powerful empires in your current galaxy as well as a measure when it comes to invading/attacking other empires. Invading/attacking will have certain restrictions so that you can only attack empire which is around your power rating (empire which is around the same power as you are).
 
How is it calculated ?
 
(population / 10) + housing + commercial + mining + industry + (total ship power rating)
