MAXIMUM COLONY NUMBER

What is it ?
To make things more realistic you are only able to manage a maximum number of colonies. If you reach this maximum colony count, you will not be able to attack or explore for new colonies, until you reduce the number of colonies you have by clustering your colonies. You can group together 5 colonies to form a clustered colony. This enables you to explore/take-over new colonies/planets.
