What is this ?
Help support us by inviting your friends to click on your vassal link and earn prizes in return (we offer planets, artifacts or others).


How this works ?

Each time someone click on your vassal link, you will be given a point. This point is accumulated (no expiry) until you have sufficient points to reach the top 5. Usually you only need about 20-30 clicks so its not that hard to get to the top 5.


Rule and guidelines

1. Do not spam your vassal link to other players in our game via `Private Message`, forum or the chat, please do it on other games or websites
2. When receiving the prize the winner`s points will be reversed, if you have 10 points it will be -10
3. Minimum 15 points is required to win even if you are in the top x position


How to get more results ?

You will be given a vassal link, to find out your vassal link goto Diplomacy > Vassal . There are tons of ways to get more results. The most important thing is to entice the person to click on it, so having a catch phrase or wording will increase the percentage of people that will click on your vassal link.

Some other ways of doing it are:

Email friends
You can email [your-vassal-link] to your friends, asking them to click on the link then remind them to click on it once a day. You can then ask your friends to forward the email to their friends. As a reminder, sending email to unknown people with out their approval first is considered spam mail. Spam mail is an illegal act in certain countries in the world. Players may face actions if there is any complains regarding abusers of spam mail. Please think of others as yourself because I am sure you wouldn't like to receive marketing and junk emails. This is happening more and more due to the fact that the offender is very unlikely to be caught.


Chain Email
You can create a chain email and attach your vassal link in the email itself to send to your friends. A chain email typically ask the recever to do some task & to forward it to x amount of friends to gain from something or otherwise they will suffer some bad luck or curse.

Popups
If you own a website, then simply copy the javascript popup to your website.

Links & ads
Post up your vassal link on your personal website, forum, blog, profile or channel and ask everyone to click on it


Public computers
You can change any computer start up pages to that of your vassal link. This applies to all public computers from cyber cafes, libaries, schools, and others.
To change the start up page: in IE, Go to Tools > Internet Options > Homepage

Chat systems
Chat system comprises of IRC, ICQ, MSN/Yahoo messangers and many other chat software / sites out there. You may post up [your-vassal-link] if you own a channel (IRC) or discussion topic. Just like spam mail, sending out vast numbers of messages to unknown people with out their approval first is considered spam or flood. Although the player may receive vast amounts of clicks on their link, these players may face actions if there is any complains. Please think of others as yourself because I am sure you wouldn't like to receive spam and marketing/promotional messages even though most of the time people do not complain and the fact that the offender is very unlikely to be caught.

Posters
You can print out on paper any advertising and paste it in your school, university or near where you stay. Most places allows it, if you classify it properly. For example 7-11 has a community announcement area, an example of a poster which you can post up is as below:

You can also post this up in your clubs or any other organization you are in, for example if you are in the school computer club, in your gym and others.


Others
There are many other various ways of getting more results. Among them are discussion boards, forums, newsgroups and many other. You may discover that you may get better results if you post up your link with a creative and attractive header or message, especially in related topics. For example, more players are likely to click on [your-vassal-link] if the topic is related to games (because this is also a game).
As a reminder, some of these sites may be moderated therefore please ensure you abide by their policy. As a tip, it is acceptable by all sites to put links in your signature as the example below:

Go to http://www.google.com or http://www.yahoo.com , then search for `forum` or `discussion boards`, or any other search criteria of your choice.
