Roles of a Guide

Guides are volunteer players who is someone that is helping us out by guiding newbies or other players by answer their game questions and teaching them how to play the game. Guides are also meant to entertain and to chat with other players on the online chat. If you need help, feel free to ask the guides for assistance.

Roles of an Admin

Admins are volunteer players who is someone that is helping us out by handling specific cases such as cheating, reporting of bugs or server problems, someone that the Guides can consult (game guru), reporting of problems, harassment, spam, and others. So if you encounter any problems most of the problems will be handled by admins. So remember that admins are also players therefore admins can attack you in the game and may have his/her own federation and all that. Admins do this to help the community so I (Stephen) hope everyone will `cut them a bit of slack` here and there. Admins also receive tons of request therefore be patient and give them time to answer your question. When it comes to technical problems such as server issues or bugs/errors do not be angry with them as they will relay the problems to Stephen for him to solve the problem.


How do I become a guide ?

A guide has a heavy responsibility of being online as long as possible and to help guide other players. All guides perform this task to support the game and the community. Since this is a community service you will not get paid for being a guide nor will you get any special in-game stuff like artifacts and others. Criterias to apply for a guide:-

- Played this game for more than 1 month
- Experience with various races and stacking
- Your name should appear in the top list in the `Help Center`
- Correctly and regularly answers questions in the forum & chat
- Online daily for more than 2 hours
- Must have lots of patience & be polite at all times
- Must have good manners and never cheat in the game

Before you apply, you MUST first get your name in the top list in the `Help Center` & answer questions both in the forum and chat. To apply click on Help Center > Ask > Volunteer > Guide. Your application depends on the quality of your answers that you have posted up.


How do I become an admin ?
Admins are hand picked from the current pool of Guides. Show that you are a good guide to get promoted to an admin. Remember that an admin is a dirty job because the admin is the person handling all the problems encountered by players and in the game (not a very fun job).
