COLONY CLUSTER

What is it ?
This upgrades a group of colonies to allow you to explore/take-over additional colonies. This works by basically clustering a group of colonies together. Colony management will be easier because you will then manage all the colonies in this cluster as a single colony.
 
What does it do ?
You have a limited number of colonies you can manage. By clustering a group of planets together to form a single colony, you are now able manage more planets.
 
Important Advise
1. You may lose your border colonies if you are attacked
2. Make sure you have 3-6 unwanted/undeveloped colonies in your border as fodders/buffers
3. Do not cluster if you do not have enough fodder colonies
