Our Refund Policy

Updated: July 1st, 2020


Wolfren Industries will refund all Universal Credits and Premium Account days that are unused on your account, if the refund is requested within 90 days of the original purchase.
If you have already applied the Premium Account days, we will refund the unused portion of the Premium Account days that have not yet expired at the pro-rated amount.

Players may request up to two project or artifact purchase refunds per 6 month period, provided the project was purchased within the last 10 days at the time of the request. At the time the refund is given, any planets, systems, artifacts, turns or any other in-game benefits granted by the project from the time of purchase will be removed from your account.

Projects/Artifacts purchased more than 10 days ago can not be refunded.

Universal Credits traded to other players can not be refunded.
