ELECTION

 
What is it ?
Election allows the members of a federation to elect a new leader. This is done in case the older leader is inactive or incompetent of performing his/her duties. Votes are counted by the amount of planets an empire controls. For example, if Empire A controls 20 planets, then that empire casts 20 votes.
 
Rules
1. Minimum of more than 50% of votes is required for a new leader to be elected. The current leader can't vote
