The more trade partners you have, the more trade revenue you will generate. Trade revenue will be deposited in to your trade reserve, which you can then withdraw to use.
 
How do I get people to become my trade partner ?
 
Each empire will be given a unique invitation link. You can then invite friends over by sending them this invitation link. Once a user has click on this invitation link, all users from that computer will automatically become your trade partner when they sign up.
 
To ensure your invitation link is correct, please copy and paste the link in to your browser. Your empire name should appear if the link is correct.
 
Another way is to ask someone who is already playing to select you as their trade partner.

Cyber cafe
The computer which the person clicks on your invitation link will be set to automatically become your trade partner upon signup. If the PC is located in a Cyber cafe then you may achieve a large number of trade partners because there may be a number of players using the same PC for the Internet. If this is the case, you may want to set the home page of the PC to http://spacefed.com/gc/i.cfm?p=main&tft=[your-trade-ID]
 
Email
You can email the invitation link to your friends to invite them to join the game. As a reminder, sending email to unknown people with out their approval first is considered spam mail. Spam mail is an illegal act in certain countries in the world. Players may face actions if there is any complains regarding abusers of spam mail. Please think of others as yourself because I am sure you wouldn't like to receive marketing and junk emails. This is happening more and more due to the fact that the offender is very unlikely to be caught.

Chat system comprises of IRC, ICQ, MSN/Yahoo messangers and many other chat software / sites out there. You may post up the invitation link if you own a channel (IRC) or discussion topic. Players may face actions if there is any complains regarding abusers of spam/flood. Please think of others as yourself because I am sure you wouldn't like to receive spam and marketing/promotional messages.
