SHIP SPECIALS: NO DEFENSE

What is it ?
When a ship attacks, the defending ship can deal damage to the attacking ship via a counter attack. However this type of ship is incapable of performing a counter attack itself if it is attacked.
 
What ships has this speciality ?
Generally aggressive or artillery/bombardment types of ships
