This is how fast the entire page loads up, without factoring in the Internet
lag. Pages generally takes less than 5 seconds to load. Page loading will
depends on the size of the page and the amount of graphics in it. This number
lets you check if your connection is slow or the server is slow/lagging.
Note: A small `x` next next to the number shows this page is showing a cached
content. Example: `0.04x`

1. Click on the Start button located on the bottom left.
2. Click on run
3. Type in command and press enter
4. Type in ping spacefed.com then press enter
