POINTS What is Donation Points ? 1. Donation points is given as appreciation for donating. This points functions like credit card or other membership points. You will get 1 point for each $1 you donate which you can redeem for in-game items. 2. Your donation points will be remove if your account should go inactive (if you havent login for more than 60 days). To get back the donation points you will have to reactivate your account and request an admin to reactivate your previous donation points. Refunds based on usage If you fall into this category, this means that you may have been playing the game for 4-5 months or more. The condition set forth here is to avoid users from abusing the donation system, for example: to request for a refund after using 364 out of 365 days of ecoupon. Ecoupons You will only be refunded based on the amount you have not used. How this refund works is for example, 1 month coupon cost $3.95 and you paid $25.95 (for 1 year). Refunds after 2 months, you will only receive [ $25.95 - $3.95x2 - postage], not [ $25.95 - $25.95/12 ]. *Postage cost varies depending on where you are located, donation via Paypal or Credit Card may incur bank charges instead of postage (more information plz refer to Paypal or your bank) Donation Points Refund will be processed with no question asked if: 1. You have not given your points to some other users We still do refunds for players who has used up their points, however the result may vary depending on case to case basis (ex: how long has the points been used and so on). For example, your refund request may have a higher chances of being rejected if you have sent all your points to other players in the game 2 years ago. If in the event that you request for a refund from points that has already been used and a refund has been processed, then all your in-game items that you have redeem will be removed from your account when you request for refund on your donation.
