FEDERATION WARS

 
What is it ?
 
A federation can only declare war against one other federation at a time. Once war
is declared, attack restriction is upgraded from 30% to 200% difference of power
rating. This means you can attack someone who is 200% stronger than you in power
rating. A federation cannot declare war against an empire.

 
Rules and restrictions
 
1. You can only declare war with only 1 Federation at a single time
2. More than 1 Federation can declare war against you
3. While in hostile (war) mode, your attack restrictions are slightly lifted

 
Hints
 
Spies
Becareful of approving new applicants to your federation during hostile moments
as these `new applicants` may prove to be spies which may then try to
destabilize your federation internally. This could also prove to be a strategic
way of destroying a hostile federation.

 
Alliances
It would be good to have alliances with other Federation which you may call
upon to simultaneously declare war against a hostile Federation. Becareful who
you trust, because your ally may in return betray you and join the hostile
Federation to fight against you.
