SHIP SPECIALS: NO RETALIATION

What is it ?
When a ship attacks, the defending ship is able to deal damage to the attacking ship via a retaliation / counter attack. No retaliation simply means the defending ship is not able to perform a retaliation / counter attack when it is attacked, therefore the attacking ship will take no damage.
 
What ships has this speciality ?
Generally ships with missile/torpedo or stun based weapons
