ATTACKING RULES & RESTRICTIONS
What is it ?
Attacking is a way to directly increase an empire`s size, resources and power.
General rule
- You will always conquer the opponent's outskirt planets first (border
planets).
- The opponent's homeworld can't be invaded.
- Players who have suffered too much damage will go under damage protection
- You can't attack if your colonies have reached the max colony count for
your race
- You can't attack someone below 5,000 power rating
- You can't attack if you are below 5,000 power rating
- Attacker loses if no ships left
- Defender loses if no ships left and attacker still have ships
Normal Attack
Power rating restrictions:-
- IF your target/enemy is ranked 5 and above
- Up to 100% below your power rating
- Up to 200% above your power rating
- IF your target/enemy is ranked below 5
- Up to 30% below your power rating
- Up to 50% above your power rating
If the empire you are attacking is a slave empire, he/she have a 33% chance of
receiving reinforcements from the protector (master). This reinforcement
usually comes from the protector`s 4th stack.
Normal Attack during Federation War
Power rating restrictions:-
- Up to 100% below your power rating
- Up to 200% above your power rating
Enslave Attack
Power rating restrictions:-
- Up to 50% below your power rating
- Up to 100% above your power rating
Reinforcements:-
The defender will automatically call reinforcements from his/her protecting
empire.
This fleet is usually taken from the 3rd and 4th stack and will arrive at the
bottom of the defender`s stack.
Counter Attack
No power rating restrictions
Special restrictions:-
You are allowed 1 counter attack for someone who has attacked your empire in
the last 7 days. While doing a counter attack, you will not be restricted
unless the empire has fallen into protection.
Winning Criteria
Enslave attack:-
Defender must lose 60% or more power rating*
All other types of attack:-
Defender must lose 10% or more power rating*
3 Colonies captured if Defender losses 80% power rating*
2 Colonies captured if Defender losses 50% power rating*
1 Colony captured if Defender losses 10% power rating*
Note: * the total power rating for all ship for the defender only. Does not
include planets.
