Help Center
This allows you to post either privately or publicly to ask questions. If you select the option Private only a Guide or a Admin will be able to respond to your query. If you select the option Public then any player who is reading the Help Center may respond.
Ask
This is where you would go to ask questions, and select the option
related to your query, from here the topics to choose are
Inbox
This is where you would be able to see all your queries to the Help
center and monitor them for replies.
Public
This shows all the current questions being asked by players on the game,
if you know the answers you can participate in answering, can also help
to read them if someone asks the same question you were about to, saves
you posting.
Announcements/Updates
These two sections relate directly to what is happening in the game,
news of Deathmatch games, updates that sort of thing.
Bounty
Occasionally game staff and Stephen offer tasks for players, game play
related or bugs related and offer small rewards.
Top Stats
In this section Top Stats refers to the Help Center and who's answering
correctly, the most active player/guide/admin this current week.
Statistics shown are from over the last 7 days, and updates each evening
when the server refreshes at 8PM server time.
